Welcome to Restrova.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Restrova, a restaurant management system, located at Sirutar, Bhaktapur, Nepal.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, using the software, accessing the dashboard, or using any Restrova service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use Restrova.
1.1 About Restrova
Restrova is a restaurant management system designed to help restaurants, cafes, hotels, food businesses, and similar businesses manage their daily operations.
Restrova may include features such as:
- Order management
- Table management
- Billing and invoice management
- Menu management
- Inventory management
- Staff management
- Customer management
- Reports and analytics
- Subscription and payment management
- Other restaurant-related business tools
Features may vary depending on the selected plan, version, or custom agreement.
1.2 Eligibility
You may use Restrova only if you are legally capable of entering into a business agreement. If you are using Restrova on behalf of a restaurant, company, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business.
1.3 Account Registration
To use Restrova, you may need to create an account and provide business details such as restaurant name, owner name, phone number, email address, business address, PAN/VAT details, and other required information.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Restrova will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by shared passwords, weak passwords, unauthorized staff access, compromised devices, or user negligence.
1.4 User Roles and Staff Access
Restrova may allow restaurant owners or admins to create staff accounts with different access levels. You are responsible for assigning correct permissions to your staff members. You are also responsible for removing access when staff members leave your business or no longer require access.
1.5 Subscription and Payment
Restrova may be offered under monthly, yearly, trial, free, promotional, or custom subscription plans. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription fees must be paid in advance.
Prices may change from time to time. If pricing changes affect your active subscription, we will try to provide reasonable notice before the change applies.
The following may be charged separately:
- Setup, onboarding, and training fees
- Customization fees
- Hardware or device costs
- SMS and payment gateway charges
- Hosting or third-party service charges
- Taxes, VAT, or government charges
1.6 30-Day Free Trial
Restrova offers a 30-day free trial for new users to evaluate the platform. Trial access may be limited by features, number of users, or usage volume. We may modify, extend, or discontinue trial access at any time. After the 30-day trial period, users must choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the service.
1.7 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Restrova only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Use Restrova for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activity.
- Attempt to hack, damage, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system.
- Copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit Restrova without written permission.
- Upload viruses, malware, harmful code, or unauthorized scripts.
- Misuse customer data or staff data.
- Use Restrova in a way that violates applicable laws of Nepal.
1.8 Restaurant Data
You own the restaurant data that you enter into Restrova, including menu items, orders, bills, reports, inventory records, customer information, staff information, and other business data.
Restrova may process this data only to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter is accurate and collected lawfully.
1.9 Billing and Tax Responsibility
Restrova may help generate bills, invoices, reports, and transaction records. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your tax registration, PAN/VAT details, bill format, business compliance, and accounting records meet the requirements of applicable laws and tax authorities in Nepal.
Restrova is a software provider and does not act as your accountant, auditor, tax advisor, or legal advisor.
1.10 Third-Party Services
Restrova may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, cloud providers, printers, POS devices, or other business tools. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, charges, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.
1.11 Service Availability
We aim to keep Restrova reliable and available. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Service interruptions may happen due to maintenance, upgrades, internet issues, hosting/power issues, third-party failure, or force majeure events.
1.12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Restrova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, customer disputes, tax issues, or third-party service failures.
Our total liability for any claim related to Restrova shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the last three months before the claim arose.
1.13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
