Refund & Cancellation

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and yearly payment refunds are handled for Restrova.
3.1 General Policy
Restrova is a subscription-based software service. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where clearly stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
3.2 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Yearly Plans
Restrova offers a **7-day money-back guarantee** only for yearly subscription payments.
If you purchase a yearly subscription plan and are not satisfied with Restrova, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the payment date. Refund requests received after 7 days do not qualify for any refund.
3.3 Refund Eligibility
A yearly plan refund may be approved if:
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of payment.
- The request is made by the account owner or authorized representative.
- The account has not violated Restrova's Terms and Conditions.
- The account has not been involved in misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
- The request includes: Restaurant name, registered phone or email, payment date, transaction reference, and reason for cancellation.
3.4 Non-Refundable Payments & Charges
The following payments and charges are strictly non-refundable:
- Monthly subscription payments.
- Setup, onboarding, installation, and training fees.
- Customization or development fees.
- Hardware costs, including POS devices, printers, tablets, scanners, or accessories.
- SMS package purchases.
- Payment gateway processing charges.
- Domain, hosting, or third-party service charges.
- Taxes, VAT, or government charges already paid or due.
3.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your Restrova subscription at any time by contacting us. After cancellation, your account may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation stops future billing renewals but does not trigger a refund unless the case qualifies under the 7-day yearly plan guarantee.
3.6 No Refund for User Error
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:
- Incorrect setup or wrong business information entered by the user.
- Poor internet connection at the restaurant.
- Unsupported local devices, printers, or custom network setups.
- Staff misuse, weak passwords, or forgotten credentials.
- Failure to use available features or change of business plans after the refund period.
3.7 30-Day Free Trial
Restrova offers a **30-day free trial** for new users. No payment information is collected when starting a trial, and no charges are incurred. If you do not choose a paid subscription plan at the end of the 30-day trial period, your trial account will be suspended, and you will not be billed.
