- Staff names, roles, permissions, and login credentials
- Menu items, order queues, billing/invoice transactions

- IP addresses & browser agent profiles
- Device specs & login activity log records
- Feature usage click patterns & crash metrics
2.2 How We Use Information
We may use the collected information to:
- Provide, secure, and operate the Restrova OS platform.
- Create and manage restaurant profiles and employee credentials.
- Process subscriptions, resolve billing transactions, and email receipts.
- Deliver live remote support and troubleshoot software bugs.
- Develop performance enhancements and optimize user workflows.
- Monitor security audits, audit logs, and restrict unauthorized database read attempts.
- Meet regulatory compliance and tax reporting structures under the laws of Nepal.
2.3 Restaurant Customer & Staff Data
Restaurants may enter guest profiles (names, phones, orders, loyalty balances) and staff details into Restrova.
The restaurant is solely responsible for collecting, retaining, and managing customer and staff data in a lawful, transparent manner.
Restrova acts as a data processor, handling this guest and employee data strictly as requested to provide the restaurant operating services.
2.4 Data Sharing & Access Controls
We do not sell your business data, menu data, or guest contacts.
We share limited details only with vetted sub-processors essential to run the app (such as cloud database providers, SMS API vendors, and payment aggregators) or when legally required by Nepalese tax authorities.
2.5 Data Security
We apply structural technical defenses to protect your operational assets. This includes hashed password validation, automated snapshots/backups, database column access control policies, and secure API transport protocols.
Please note that no web-based protocol is 100% immune to breaches. You are responsible for ensuring staff lock terminals, restrict default account credentials, and protect locally synced client devices.
